Last orders for Christmas Delivery - 3pm on 19th December 2024
Orders for in stock items placed between 24th December and 6th January will be dispatched Tuesday 7th January 2025
OUR USUAL POSTING DAYS ARE TUESDAYS-FRIDAYS. Orders for 'in stock' items will be dispatched on the next posting day following the date when the order was placed. Bespoke items, such as our mokume gane rings, will be dispatched within 6 weeks of ordering. If you need an order more quickly, please get in touch.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Tracked 24 -these are 'next day' services which carry insurance. Items posted on a Friday may arrive on the Saturday but are only guaranteed to be delivered by lunchtime on the Monday with the obvious exception of bank holidays.
WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING EITHER TO THE EU OR ROW. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS SERVICE.
Please also note: the images may not show the actual item which is for sale. The form and style of the jewellery will be the same but the patterns of our mokume gane are unique to each individual piece of jewellery so may vary from what is shown. This is what makes mokume gane so special.
Returns Policy
On items purchased from stock, we are happy to provide the option of a full refund or exchange if the goods you receive are unsuitable or are no longer required. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received i.e. unworn and in pristine, resaleable condition, along with the original packaging; you are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your control. Please note we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on earrings or items which have been made to order. We issue all refunds as soon as reasonably possible to the original method of payment.
